That the contract between the Municipal City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works <br />and James ti. Pierce,, executed in triplicate, one of which copies <br />is hereto attached and made a part hereof and which: contract is <br />dated July 1934 and relating to tqe payment for the <br />removal of garbage by said second party from the said city, be <br />and the same is hereby in all things ratified;, confirmed and approved. <br />SECTION IL This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage. <br />MEMBER OF THE <br />]fated this ,2,_1&. day of July, 1934. <br />
