ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING A CERTAIN LEASE <br />AND ALSO A CERTAIN OPTION TO PURCHASE M— BY THE <br />BED AVIATION COR�ATION T-0- 'BOARD UP <br />., <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />SECTION 1. - That a certain lease of the real estate which <br />constitutes the Bendix Airport, made by the Bendix <br />Aviation Corporation to the Board of Aviation Com- <br />missioners of the City of South Bend, Indiana, a <br />copy of which leas,.Js"hereto attached, marked <br />Exhibit "All and hereby' made a part of this Ordinance, <br />be and the sarm is hereby ratified, confirmed and ap- <br />proved. <br />SECTION 2. - That a certain option -to purchase made by the Bendix <br />Aviation Corporation•to the Board of Aviation Com- <br />missioners of the`'City of South Bend, Indiana, of the <br />Bendix Air Port, a copy of which option is hereto at- <br />tached, marked Exhibit "B" and hereby made a part of <br />this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby ratified, <br />confirmed and approved. <br />SECTION 3.. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its pass <br />ar approval/ the Mayor. <br />
