F' <br />ORDINANCE 110. :L77 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />SECTION J. That Section Five of said Ordinance be changed to <br />read as follows, to -wit: <br />"No entertainment, music and /or exhibition <br />shall be given, conducted, kept, allowed or main- <br />tained in the places so licensed between the hours <br />of 1:00 o'clock A.M., and 2:00 o'clock P.M., of the <br />same day, excepting on Sunday morning, when the hours <br />shall be 2:00 o'clock A.M., until 12`14:00 o'clock ,/gym <br />and also excepting New Years Day Morning when the <br />closing hours shall be riot later than 3 :00 otclock <br />A.M. It <br />SECTION 2.
