ORDINANCE NO. ';5 D 70� <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2802 APPROVED BY <br />THE MAYOR OCTOBER 29, 1929, AND ORDINANCE NUMBER 3059 <br />APPROVED BY THE MAYOR JUNE 7, 1934 RELATING TO PLUMBING. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3059 approved by the <br />Mayor on June 7, 1934 be and the same is hereby amended to read <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />License required to do plumbing: No person shall here- <br />after install or repair any plumbing system or any part <br />thereof within the City of South Bend, Indiana until he <br />shall have procured a license as Journeyman or Master <br />Plumber and also seaur,ed a permit in accordance with <br />the requirements of said`Ordinances. <br />SECTION 2. That said Ordinances be amended by adding thereto the <br />following Section: <br />Any license secured by any Journeyman or Master Plumber <br />under said Ordinances is non - transferable and it shall <br />be unlawful to loan or transfer such a plumbing license <br />or to allow any one to work under a plumbing license <br />held by another. <br />SECTION 3. <br />and after <br />Mt <br />1 <br />�g �W tp <br />.l <br />This Ordinance shall,•be' 4"full force and effect from <br />its passage, legal publication, and approval by the Mayor. <br />000�. <br />
