AN <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />SECTION -:a - That the sum of Seventy -five Dollars ($75.00) be <br />and the same is hereby transferred from Account B -11A <br />Refunds, Awards and Indemnities to Account B -14 <br />Premium on Offibial Bonds, Department of Finance. <br />SECTION 2. - That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) be <br />and the same is hereby transferred from Account B -11A <br />Refunds, Awards and Indemnities to Account B -11, <br />Office Supplies in the Department of Finance of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 33. - <br />This <br />Ordinance <br />shall <br />be in <br />full <br />force and effect <br />from <br />and after <br />legal <br />notice <br />and <br />passage and approval <br />3(1 � - <br />gl� �,3� Gentlemen: - <br />go <br />by the Mayor. <br />I hereby recommend the passage of the above and foregoing <br />Ordinance. <br />Dated this j L day of August, 1934. <br />L - <br />CITY CONTROLLER <br />
