(10 <br />q 313 <br />ORDINANCE N0. 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN <br />CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND REPEALING <br />ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I.
