That the contract between the Municipal,City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works <br />and Orville M. Ray, executed in triplicate, one of which copies <br />is hereto attached and made a part hereof and which contract is <br />dated June (�., 1934, and relates to the payment for the removal <br />of garbage bysaid second party for said first party, be and the <br />.same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />SECTION 2.
