�5C;( <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana - <br />SECTION J, - That the sum of Twelve Thousand 'Three Hundred and <br />Thirty -five Dollars and Seventy -four Cents ($12,335.74) be and <br />the same is hereby transferred from the Department of Aviation <br />to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, which said sum is <br />now on deposit in the Citizens.-Trust and Savings Bank of South <br />Bend, Indiana, and is now restrained in said Bank. <br />SECTION - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its legal publication, public hearing and final <br />passage. <br />I hereby recommend the passage of the above Ordinance. <br />CITY CONTROLLER <br />July 4' 1933. <br />, <br />3 <br />5� <br />
