AN <br />ORDINANCE NO w ✓ ©'5�7� <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />SECTION 1. That Section "a" of said Ordinance Number 1751, being <br />Section 435 of said Published Ordinances of 1916, be and the same <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"For each Pool or Billiard Table Five <br />Dollars ($5.00) per year." <br />SECTION 29 That Section "b" of said Ordinance Number 1751, being <br />Section 436 of the Book of Ordinances of 1916, be and the same <br />is hereby amended to read as, follows: <br />"For Bowl o Ten -Pin Alleys the sum of <br />Five Dollars `($5.00),'per year for each alley.' <br />The term alley as used in this Ordinance shall <br />apply to each place, whether in -doors or out - <br />doors, where a; complete game of Ten Pins or <br />Bowls is played." <br />SECTION 3.
