AN <br />ObDINANCli NO. 3 D °r�. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) be <br />and the same is hereby appropriated from the General <br />Fund of said city to the Building Department of the <br />Board of Public Works for use in the Electrical De- <br />partment of said Building Department. The said use <br />being for the salary for an additional inspector in <br />said Electrical Department and for gasoline and oil <br />for his use. '.., <br />SECTION 2.
