The property will contain I restroom facilty, 2 closed room office spaces, a large common area to conduct business of tattooing, I closed room for body piercing and the rest of the space will be utilized for storage of supplies. 7) If applicable, a detailed description and the purpose of the variance(s) being requested: 1. From the required 12 parking spaces to zero. 2.
