This current petition includes section three of <br />the Crescent Oaks neighborhood: <br />➢ Department of Community Investment's summary report <br />➢ Copy of the petition <br />➢ Statement of Benefits form <br />➢ Supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner <br />proposes to build 26 single - family homes with an approximate assessed value of $68,500 <br />per home.
