ORDINANCE N0. -7, 1 7�, q <br />An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $422.33 from the General Fund <br />of the City of South Bend to Account No. B -11A for the discharge of a <br />Judgment in the sum of $187.45 against the City of South Bend in favor <br />of Frank G. Grzeszczyk, also a claim of Frank Hogan in the sum of $34.88, <br />and the sum of $200.00 for Al W. Hosinski for salary claim. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />Sec. 1. That the sum of $187.45 be the same as hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account B -11A for <br />the payment of a judgment in the sum of $180.00 and Court costs in the <br />sum of $7.45 obtained by Frank G. Grzeszczyk against the City of South <br />Bend. <br />Sec. 2. That the sum of $34.88 be i-m the same as hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account B -11A for <br />the payment of a back salary account due Frank Hogan, former Probation <br />Officer in the Court in the City of South Bend. <br />Sec. 3. That the sum of $200.00 be in the same as hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account B -11A for <br />the payment of a salary claim due Al W. Hosinski, former City Judge of <br />the City of South Bend. <br />Sec. 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage, legal publication, public hearing and signature by <br />the Mayor. <br />R OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />I recommend the passage of the foregoing Ordinance. <br />CITY CONTROLLER <br />J <br />
