ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE,AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL <br />PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND IN <br />POSSESSION OF THE DEPa <br />ARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I - That the Board of Public Safety be author - <br />ized and directed to sell and dispose of the follow- <br />ing personal property to the highest and best bidder <br />for cash after due notice has been given the public <br />of the terms and conditions of the sale.
