OF TCNOSHA, <br />WISCONSIN, FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF A 1,000 GALLON FIRE EN* <br />GINS, MODEL 16H FOR $11, <br />250.00 and APPROPRIATING <br />THE SUM OF $3,750 FROM <br />THE GENERAL FUND OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND FOR THE DOWN <br />PAYMENT OF SAID <br />PUMPER. <br />BE IT ORDAINED bythe Common Council of the City of? South <br />Bend: <br />Section 1 - That the action of the Board of Public Safety <br />of the City of South Bend, dated August 5, 1935, in enter- <br />ing into a contract to purchase a 1,000 Gallon Fire Engine, <br />Model 16H9 200 Horse Power motor, from the Peter Pirsch <br />and Sons Co. for the sum of $11,250 for the Fire Depart- <br />ment of the City of South Bend, being all things ratified <br />and confirmed. <br />Said proposal of the Peter Pirsch and Sons, Co. being in <br />the following terms and conditions, to -wits- see copy . <br />attached hereto. <br />Section 11 - That the sum of #3,750.00 be and the agne'is <br />hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of <br />South Bend to Account numbered Q -17 ah ich is the account <br />
