c <br />ORDINANCE N0. 1.2 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1500.00 FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO <br />ACCOUNT NUMBERED I -2A IN THE STREET <br />DEPARTMENT FORTHE PURPOSE OF <br />PAYING FOR MEDICAL AND HOS- <br />PITAL EXPENSES IN THE <br />STREET DEPARTMENT <br />FOR THE BALANCE <br />OF THE YEAR <br />1935. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend: <br />Section I - That the sum of $1500.00 be and the same is <br />hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of <br />South Bend to the Department of Public Streets, account <br />numbered I - 2A for the payment of hospital and medical <br />expense of persons injured while in the line of duty <br />for the balance of the year 1935. <br />Section II - This ordinance shallbe in fall force and <br />effect from and after its passage, legal publication, <br />public hearing, and signature by the Mayor. <br />I reecommend the passage of the forego -ng ordinance. <br />0 <br />Lb -4 h <br />CITY CONTROLLER OF THE CITY 0�� <br />SOUTH BEND. <br />
