ORDINANCE # J/a AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUZY OF $200.00 FROM THE ACCOUNT OF REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT, ACCOUNT #N -6, TO ACCOUNT FOR GENERAL SUPPLIES WHICH IS ACCOUNT #N -9, BOTH BEING ACC- OUNTS UNDER THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE CITY CEMETERY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of �.. South Bend, Indiana: Section I - That the sum of $200.00 be and the same is hereby transferred from the account for repairs to equipment denoted as #N -6 to account for general supplies denoted as account #N-9, which are accounts in the Board of Public Works for the City Cemetery. Section II - This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, legal publica- tion, public hearing and approval by, the Mayor.
