V, <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING A CONTRACT ENTERED <br />INTO BETWEEN NEW JERSEY, IfMfANA AND ILLINOIS <br />RAILROAD COMPANY AND THE BOARD OF PUB- <br />LIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, UNDER THE DATE OF <br />JUNE 3, 1935. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City Of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I - That the act of the Board of Public Works <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana under the date of <br />tTune 3, 1935 in entering into the following agreement, be <br />ratified and confirmed.
