ORDINANCE NO. .3 I % J <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $500.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT, REPAIR <br />OF BUILDINGS ACCOUNT NO. 8-5 -A, FOR THE PURPOSE OF LAYING <br />A NEW ROOF ON THE FIRE ALARM STATION IN THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, ALSO TRANSFERRING THE SUPS OF <br />$500.00 FROM THE REGULAR SALARIES <br />OF POLICE FUND H -1 TO THE <br />GENERAL FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND <br />Be it ordained by the common council of the city of South Bend <br />Section 1. <br />That the sum of $500.00 be and the same is hereby trans- <br />ferred from the Regular Salaries Account of the Police Department <br />p -1, to the General Fund of the city of South Bend. <br />Section 2. <br />That the sum of $500.00 be and the same is hereby appropria- <br />ted from the General Fund of the city of South Bend to the <br />Electrical Department, Repair of buildings Account S -5 -A for the <br />purpose of laying a:.` new roof on the fire alarm station on East <br />Wayne Street in the city of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 3. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage, legal publication, public hearing and signature <br />by the mayor. <br />MEMBER OF THE COV]MON COUNCIL <br />I recommend, the passage of the foregoing ordinance. <br />CITY CONTROLLER, <br />
