ORDINANCE NO. /10 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE S(JM OF $25.00 FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO PAY FOR THE EXAM- <br />INATION FOR ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR IN PUR- <br />SUANCE TO THE BUILDING CODE ON <br />THE 4TH DAY OF FEBRUARY <br />1935. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the <br />City of South Bend, <br />SECTION I. <br />That the sum of $25.00 be and the same is hereby <br />appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, <br />for the purpose of paying five (5) examiners who conducted the <br />examination for the city electrician on the 4th day of February, <br />1935 , and the city controller is authorized, and directed to <br />issue warrants for the payment of said item in conformity with <br />this ordinance. <br />SECTION II. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing, <br />and signature by the Mayor. <br />MEMBER OF T4 COMMON COUNCIL <br />I recommend the passage of the above and foregoing Ordinance. <br />City Controller <br />N <br />i <br />h <br />
