s- <br />O R D I N A N C E <br />No. <br />AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING A CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY <br />AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />THROUGH ITS BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND <br />THE INDIANA AND MICHIGAN ELECTRIC <br />COMPANY ON APRIL 15s 1935. <br />?EiE9EiE# <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana - <br />Section I. <br />Vat the action of the Board of Public works <br />on April 15, 1935 in entering into a contract with <br />the Indiana and Michigan Electric Company for the <br />furnishing of electricity and power to the said city <br />for a period of five (5) years from the lst day of <br />January, 1935 to the lst day of January, 1940 be <br />ratified and confirmed. <br />That said contract is as follows: <br />(See next page - exhibit attached,) <br />Section II. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage and legal publi- <br />cation. <br />S b� iF <br />�L 4i <br />'h � <br />Member of the Common Council. <br />
