That the sum of $390.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General V"und. of the City of South Bend., Indiana to the Department of Public Streets, Account # I -12, for the purpose of grading and opening ''.bv Street from South $end,Avenue and Twyckenham Drive and. gravelling said Street, the same being F. E. R. A. project # 3 -2 -F4, and, creating a fund for said. pro- ject. Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after legal notice and. passage and, the approval by the ;,_ayor.
