n <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3 <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2331, adopted by <br />the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on June <br />25, 1923, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. That the following described property <br />heretofore classified as a "B11 Residential Use District <br />be and the same is hereby reclassified and rezoned as a <br />"C" Commercial Use District, said property being the <br />following described real estate located in the City of <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lots No. 25 and 26 in Jacob Leerts Survey <br />to the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />Also, that part of Lot lettered "PIT in <br />Wenger and Kriegbaum'Vistula Ave. Addition <br />to the City of South`Bend, viz; <br />Beginning with the Northeasterly corner <br />of said lot lettered "P", thence rumin <br />South Fifty -nine feet and three inches 5913"); <br />thence West One Hundred Sixty -nine feet (1691); <br />thence North Twenty -six feet (261); thence East <br />to the place of beginning. <br />And by such reclassification making the lots so described <br />subject to Section,5 of the aforesaid Ordinance No. 2331. <br />SECTION 2.
