ORDINANCE #, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND SEVEN <br />HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO S -15, THE SAME BEING THE <br />ACCOUNT FOR NEW TRAFFIC LIGHTS, UNDER THE <br />BOARD OF SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana; <br />SECTION I.
