ORDINANCE # 3 -7/ <br />AN ORDINANCE:TRANSFERRINCr THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />FROM CERTAIN ACCOUNTS UNDER THE BOARD OF <br />AVIATION TO OTHER ACCOUNTS UNDER <br />THE BOARD OF AVIATION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council'of• the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana; <br />SECTION I. That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) <br />be and the same is hereby transferred from account 5 -57 <br />for taxes under the Board of Aviation of the Municipal ,Airport <br />of the City of South Bend to account 2 -21 -214 for the account <br />for telephone and telegraph under the Board of Aviation of the <br />City of South Bend. <br />SECTION II. That the sum of Fifty Dollars (050.00) be <br />transferred from account 2 -22 -221, the same being the account <br />for electric current under the Board of Aviation, to account <br />3 -33 -3310 the account for gasoline under the Board of Aviation <br />of the City of South Bend. <br />SECTION III. The sum of Fifty Dollars (A50.00) be and the <br />same is hereby transferred from account 2 -22 -221, account <br />for electric current under the Board of Aviation of the.City <br />Of South Bend, to account 3 -38, the same being the account <br />for general supplies under the Board of Aviation of the City <br />of South Bend, <br />SECTION IV.
