ORDINANCE N0, 3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE N0. 2331 - COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED by the common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I - That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of June 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be, and the same is hereby amended insofar as it applies to the zoning classification of the following described property, Acated in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, in the following part- iculars as specified, to -wit: That �l.ot No. 32 and those portions of lots numbered 33 to 62 Inclusive of University Heights Addttion)which lie south of a line parallel to and 200 feet north of the north line of Napoleon Street be changed from B residence to A residence zone; and that the remaining lots and portions of lots of University Heights Addition which lie north of a line parallel to and 200 feet north of the north line of Napoleon Street be zoned A residence and A height and area district, thus making lots numbered 32 to 167 Inclusive subject to the provisions and restrictions of sections 3 and 10 of aforesaid.ordinence No. 2331.
