,9 <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $50.00 FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BIND TO ACCOUNT T -7 UNDER THE <br />BOARD OF HEALTH FOR TRAVELING EXPENSES IN DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council, of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana- <br />Section I. <br />That the sum of 450.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fund to Account T -7 under the Board of Health <br />for traveling expenses. <br />Section II. <br />This Council finds that this amount has been already expended <br />by the Health Board for sending the Secretary of the Health <br />Board to the National Convention at New Orleans and <br />specifically approves said action as an emergency and authorizes <br />the Controller of the City to reimburse Dr. F. R.
