I <br />ORDINANCE NO. -b I � <br />An Ordinance appropriating monies for the purpose of defraying <br />the expenses of the City Planning Commission of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1937s <br />and ending December 31, 1937, including all contractual obli- <br />gations and fixing a time when the same shall t$ke effect. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana.- <br />That for the expenses of the City Planning Commission for the <br />fiscal year ending December 31, 1937, the following sums of <br />money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the <br />funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified,, sub. - <br />ject to the laws governing the same. Such sums herein appropri- <br />ated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made <br />during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and pro - <br />vided by law. <br />That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of <br />the "City Planning Commission Lund" of said city, the following: <br />CITY PLANNING FUND <br />Detailed Classification <br />1, Services- Personal <br />11.
