NO. - <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $300.00 FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT #H -8 UNDER THE BOARD <br />OF WORKS FOR TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH; ALSO APPROPRIATING THE SUM <br />OF $400.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO <br />ACCOUNT H -11 UNDER THE BOARD OF WORKS FOR ELECTRIC CURRENT FOR <br />THE BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1936; ALSO APPROPRIATINGI THE SUM OF <br />$100.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO <br />ACCOUNT #H -15 UNDER THE BOARD OF WORKS FOR THE REPAIR OF EQ* <br />UIPMENT FOR THE BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1936. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, that; <br />SECTION I- The sum of $300.00 be and the same is hereby ap- <br />propriated from the General Fund of the city of South Bend <br />to account numbered H -8 under the Board of Works for tele- <br />phone and telegraph for the balance of the year 1936. <br />SECTION II- The sum of $400.00 be and the same is hereby <br />appropriated from the General Fund of the city of South Bend <br />to account numbered H -11 for electric current for the build - <br />ingsfor the balance of the year 1936. <br />SECTION III - The sum of $100.00 be and the same is hereby <br />appropriated from the General Fund of the city of <br />- <br />outh Bend <br />y,l, <br />to account numbered H -15' der�the iI4Z jd orks for the <br />balance of the year 1936.
