ORDINANCE NO. X11 1� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $100.00 FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERED S -2 UNDER <br />THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT FOR TEMPORARY SALARIES FOR THE BALANCE <br />OF THE YEAR 1936; ALSO THE SUM OF $75.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERED S -7 FOR GASOLENE <br />FOR SAID DEPARTMENT FOR THE BALANCE OF THE YEA% 1936• <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council df the City of South <br />Bend; <br />SECTION I- That the sum of $100.00 be and the same is <br />hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the city of <br />South Bend to account numbered S -2 under the Electrical <br />Department for salaries temporary for the balance of the <br />year 1936. <br />SECTION II- That the sum of $75.00 be and the same is here- <br />by appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South <br />Bend to account numbered S -7 under the Electrical Department <br />for gasolene for the balance of the year 1936. <br />MEhIBER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />I recommend the passage of the foregoing Ordinance. <br />CONTROLLER ORIM.
