ORDINANCE NUMBER _aL�o',, AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUP,? OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF TIC' CITE' OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COIAAON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDILiA. SECTION I. That the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) dollars be, and the same is, hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Electrical Department of the Board of Public Works of said City for the purpose of defraying the expenses for installing a traffic "Stop" and "Go" signal at the intersection of Western Avenue and South Olive Street in said City; Provided, however, that only so much of said sum shall be used by the said Electrical Department as is necessary for the installation of the aforesaid traffic signal light, and the remaining amount, if any, of said sum shall, after payment of said expenses forthwith revert back to the General Fund of said City. SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after legal notice, hearing thereon and passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. �► iii � /III 1IN ®rm the om "..
