AN <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER <br />AND <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars <br />($750.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fund of the Department of Public <br />Parks to the said Department of Public Parks for <br />the purpose of erecting and constructing concrete <br />bleachers for observers of ball games in Pottawo- <br />tomie Park. <br />SECTION 2.
