ORDINACE NO._ AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY DOLLARS FROM THE AVIATION FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS IN SAID AVIATION FUND SET UP UNDER THE BOARD OF AVI- ATION PURSUANT TO STATUTE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I- That the sUm of Three Hundred and Fifty, ($350.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the Aviation find of the City of South Bend to the account for telephone and telegraph under the Board of Aviation for the City of South Bend under account numbered 2 -2 -214. SECTION II- That the sum of Fifteen Dollars, ($15.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the Aviation Fund of the City of South Bend to the account for oil under the Board of Aviation Commissioners for the City of South Bend which is account numbered 3 -33 -332• SECTION III- That the sum of Twenty -five Dollars, (25.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the Aviation Fund of the City of South Bend to the account for office supplies under the Board of Aviation Commissioners for the City of South Bend which is account numbered 3 -36. SECTION IV- THAt the sum of One Hundred Dollars, ($100.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the Aviation Fund of the City of South Bend to the account for general supplies under the Board of Aviation Commissioners for the City of South Bend which is account numbered 3-35• Section V- That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing and approval by the State Tax Board. +M 'ER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
