ORDINANCE N0. 3152 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS FROM THE GENERAL FUND OR OPERATING BALANCE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUB.. LIC PARKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO CERTAIN SUBDIVISIONS IN SAID DEPARTMENT AND TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS FROM SUBDIVISIONS IN THE SAID DEPARTMENT TO OTHER SUB- DIVISIONS IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT ALL AS HEREINAFTER SET OUT* BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana* SECTION I — That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from Subdivision 3 «32 -322, Supplies, in the Department of Public Parks of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to Improvement Department 1 -12 -1241, to be used for hire of a Civil Engineer for the Park Department W *P *A* work. SECTION II — That the sum of Your Hundred Dollars ($400.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from Subdivision 3 -32 -322, Supplies, to Subdivision x-72 -7263, Properties, Tools and Machinery. SECTION III — That the sum of Your Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($450.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from Subdivision 3-32-322, Supplies, to Subdivision 1 -13 -131 for Legal Services. SECTION IV — This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after legal notice, hearing thereon and passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor* MEMBER OF THE OMMON COUNCIL MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, Gentlemen: I hereby recommend the passage of the above and forego- ing Ordinance relating to transfers and appropriations within the Park Department of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
