ORDINANCE NO. 314 6 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 0266.72 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT P -13, THE POLICE DEPARTIF —ENT GASOLENE FUND FOR THE DISCHARGE OF AN OBLIGATION OF THE CITY DUE THE CITIES SERVICE OIL CO. OF CHICAGO FOR GASOLENE FURNISHED THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE MONTHS OF SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER, 1930. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Section I- That the sum of Two Hundred and Sixty -six Dollars and Seventy -two cents, ($"266.72) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account P -13 in the Police Department Budget for Gasolene for the diseharge -6f an obligation due the Cities Service Oil Company of Chicago for gabolene furnished the Police Department during the months of September and October, 1930. Section II- This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing, signature by the Mayor, and approval by the State Tax Board. 1 MYNBER OF E COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND I recommend the passage of the foregoing ordinance.
