-14G <br />sec. 73• "Shrubs and plants in the street as obstructions to be removed. " - -It <br />shall be unlawful for any person to plant or permit to grow any shrub or plant at or <br />near any street intersection between the property line and the curb which obstructs <br />or tends to obstruct the view of operators of vaiiieles or of pedestrians (including <br />children), and in no case shall any shrub or plant be allowed to grow at any such <br />point to a height exceeding two and one -half feet. All such shrubs or plants shall <br />be tricmed or out back by ?ha owners or occupants of abutting property to comply <br />with the requirements of this ordinance, or if such is not ;;ossible or practicable, <br />then the same shall be entirely removed. <br />Sec. 74. "Trucks restricted from boulevards. " - -The driver of any vehicle involved <br />in an accident resulting in injury or death to any person or damage to property shall <br />immediately stop such vehicle at the scene of such accident, and shall give his name <br />and address and registration number of his vehicle to the person struck or to the <br />driver or occupants of any vehicle collided with, and shall render to uny person <br />injured in such accident, reasonable assistance, including the carrying of such <br />person to a physician or surgeon for medical or surgical treatment, if it is appar- <br />ent that such treatment is necessary or is requested by the injured person. <br />Sec. 76. "Duty to report accidents. " - -The driver of any vehicle involved in an <br />ace'dent resulting in injuries or death to any person, or property damages to an <br />apparent extent of ten dollars ($10.00) or more, shall within 24 hours make a <br />written report of such accident at the police headquarters on forms provided by the <br />police department. _._ 0 '_ 0 <br />Sec. 77. "Duty upon striking unattended vehicle. " - 'he driver of any vehicler �R <br />which is unattended shall immediately stop and shall then and there either locate <br />and notify the operator or owner of such vehicle of the name and address of the <br />driver and owner of the vehicle striking the unattended vehicle or shall leave <br />in a conspicuous place in the vehicle struck a written notice giving the name and <br />address of the driver and of the owner of the vehicle doing the striking, and a <br />statement of the circumstances thereof. <br />Sec. 78. "Accident reports confidential. " - -All statistical accident reports <br />shall be without prejudice to the individual so reporting and shall be for the <br />confidential use of the police department, except that the police department may <br />disclose the identity of a person involved in an accident when such identity is <br />
