ORDINANCE NO. ^715�. n j An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $2,325.00 from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to certain accounts under the Board of Health for the employment of an additional Milk Inspector, providing a car for him and pay for the gasoline for the balance of the year 1937. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Sec. 1. That the sum of $1,350.00 be 4the same is hereby approp- riated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account T -1, under the Board of Health, for the payment of a salary of an add- itional Milk Inspector for the period of time from March 1st to December 31st, 1937, and fixing the salary at the sum of $135.00 per month. Sec. 2. That the sum of $1825.00 be IR the same as hereby approp- riated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account T -22, under the Board of Health, for the purchase of an automobile by said department for said officer to be appointed in pursuance to Section 1 of this Ordinance. a.HSQ , Sec. 3. That the sum of $150.00 be iFn the same as hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account T -12, under the Board of Health, for the purchase of additional gasoline for the operation of a car to be purchased -in conformity with Section 2 of this Ordinance. Sec. 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing, signature of the Mayor - and. -approval by the State Tax Board.
