Councilmember Schey made a motion to refer this bill be sent to Area <br />Plan. Councilmember Valerie Schey seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote <br />of seven (7) ayes. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Councilmember Henry Davis have we heard from the patio situation with the Mayor? Council <br />President Tim Scott responded we have not heard back from the prosecuting attorney in Terre <br />Haute. <br /> <br />BUSINESS <br />NEW <br />There was no new business to come before the Council at this time. <br /> <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Jesse Davis – P.O. Box 10205, South Bend – Councilmember Henry just asked the question that <br />I was going to ask. I hope you all had a good Easter holiday, and have a goodnight. <br /> <br />Samuel Brown – 222 E. Navarre St., South Bend – We have an important election coming up in <br />May. The people in the inner city would like to know if there will be anything set up for the <br />inner city for a debate.
