ORDINANCE NO. -:5 -), O �, <br />ORDIT+<ANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUUI OF ONE THOGSAND DOLLARS <br />($1,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND TO THE ACCOUNT FOR TRAFFIC REGULATION <br />SIGNS UNDER THE POLICE DEPARTTuF.NT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Section I That the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) <br />be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund <br />of the City of South Bend to Account #P -19, same being the <br />account for supplies under the Police Department, for the pur- <br />chase of new parking and speed regulation signs in the City of <br />South Bend, as recommended by the Traffic Engineer. <br />Section II - This Ordnance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage, public hearing, legal publication, <br />signature by the Mayor and approval by the State Tax Board. <br />iU?Et12BER F THE OhB40DT OUNCIL <br />I recommend. the passage of the foregoing ordinance. <br />CITY COP?
