ORDINANCE N0.7 3210.. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVENTEEN HUNDRED <br />FIFTY DOLLARS (1750.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT, ONE <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) OF SAME BEING FOR IN- <br />STALLATION OF NEW TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON NORTH MICHI- <br />GAN AT ANGELLA AND NORTH SHORE DRIVE AND SEVEN <br />HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS (91750.00) BEING FOR <br />SALARIES FOR VACATIONS OF ELECTRICAL <br />EMPLOYEES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I'. That the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) <br />be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund <br />of the City of South Bend to Account 5 -12 in the Electrical <br />Department, \the same being an account for general supplies <br />required fOr the installation of traffic signals at North <br />Shore Drive and Angella Street on the North Michigan Highway <br />In the City of South Bend. <br />Sect on II. That the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) <br />be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of <br />the City of South Bend to Account S -2 in the Electrical Department, <br />the same being the account for Temporary Salaries, this amount to <br />cover the cost of giving the employees of said department a <br />vacation during the year 1937. <br />See_�ion III.
