ORDINANCE# <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED SIXTY <br />DOLLARS ($360.00) TO ACCOUNT I -7, THE SAME BEING THE <br />ACCOUNT FOR TIRES AND TUBES FOR THE STREET DE- <br />PARTMENT,FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR (4) NEW <br />TIRES FOR THE FLUSHER OF THE <br />STREET DEPARTMENT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City <br />Of South Bend: <br />Section I. That the sum of Three Hundred Sixty <br />.Dollars 0360.00) beend the same is hereby appropriated from <br />the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account I -7, <br />the same being the account for tires and tubes for the Street <br />Department, for the purchase of four (4) new tires for the <br />flusher of the Street Department. <br />Section II.
