ORDINANCE # �j� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY <br />DOLLARS ($250.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS, ONE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS (x6100.00) FOR THE ITEM OF RE- <br />FUNDS OF A'`yARDS AND INDEMNITIES AND ONE <br />HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) FOR <br />PUFILICATION OF NOTICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 2. That the sum of One Hundred Dollars <br />($100.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account No. H -23 <br />under the Board of Public Works, the same being the account <br />for Refunds of Awards and Indemnities under the Board of <br />Public Works. <br />Section II. That the sun of One Hundred Fifty <br />Dollars ($150.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Accout <br />H -13 under the Board of Public Works, the same being the <br />account for Advertising and Publication of Notices. <br />Section III.
