ORDINANCE # 3215 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TEN HUNDRED TWENTY <br />DOLLARS (41020.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT D -4 UNDER THE CITY <br />TREASURERIS OFFICE FOR THE PAYMENT OF <br />SPECIAL BARRETT LAW CLERKS FOR THE <br />BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1937. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I. That the surr_.of'Ten Hundred Twenty <br />Dollars (1020.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to :Account <br />D -4 under the City Treasurer's Office for the employment of <br />special Barrett Law Clerks by the City Treasurer to abstract <br />the balances of the Barrett Law Department and place said <br />records in a proper condition for audit to the present time. <br />Section II.
