ORDINANCE # 3219 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY <br />DOLLARS ($250.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND TO THE ACCOUNT FOR MEDICAL AND <br />SURGICAL SERVICES, THE SAME BEING ACCOUNT <br />Q -13 -A UNDER THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF <br />THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I. That the sum of Two Hundred Fifty <br />Dollars ($250.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from <br />the General Fund of the City of South Bend to the account for <br />medical and surgical services under the Fire Department, the <br />same being Account Q -13 -A for the payment of medical services <br />for injured firemen during the year 1937. <br />Section II.
