ORDINANCE NO. 3220 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES AND PROVIDING FOR PAID VACATIONS OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS AND rMPLOYES OF THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana.: SECTION I - That the annual salaries for the following municipal city officials and employes of the city of South Bend., State of Indiana, be and the same are hereby fixed to be effective ea of January 1, 1935, as follows, to —wit: Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, Captains of Police, each Sergeants of Police, each Patrolmen, first class Patrolmen, second class Policewomen, Jail matron, Mechanic, Chief of Fire Department, . Assistant Chiefs of Fire Department, each Captains of Fire Department, each Lieutenants of Fire Depprto..ent, each Firemen, first class, each Firemen, second class, each Superintendent of electrical department Foremen, each Linemen, e a.ch Chief operator, Operators, each $3500.00 2500,00 2340.00 2160.00 2040.00 1500.00 2040.00 1050.00 1440.00 3500 „00 2500.00 2340.00 2160.00 2040.00 1500.00 ?i60.0o 2040.00 2160.00 2040.00 SECTION ffi — That all of said above named officials and employes who have served more than twelve months shell be entitled to and. receive an annual vacation of fifteen days with full pay therefor, SECTION III — That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION IV — That this ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and after its passage.
