Z z <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE <br />EXPENSES OF THE POLICrZENtS PENSION FUND OF THE CITY G@VERiITMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR TEE FISCAL YEAR BE- <br />GINNING JANUARY 1, 1938, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1938, <br />INCLUDING ALL OUTSTAiNDING CLAIMS.AND OBLIGATIONS, <br />AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE <br />EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I - That for the expenses of the Policements Pension Fund <br />of said City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1935, the fol- <br />lowing sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart <br />out of the funds herein named and for the purpose herein specified, <br />subject to the laws governing the same, Such sums herein appropriated <br />shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made dur- <br />ing the year., unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by <br />law. <br />SECTION II — That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriat- <br />ed out of the °Policements Pension Fund" of said City, the following: <br />1.
