ORDINANCE N0. .j AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR TM PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE CITY PLAN COMKISSION OF Tit CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNIlQG JANUARY 1; 1940' AND ENDING DEC 31, 19409 INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND FIXING A TIME WHEN WE SAS SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
