ORDINANCE NO, 3251 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUN OF $2,500,00 FROM <br />ACCOUNT B 14A UNDER THE OFFICE OF CONTROLLER TO ACC- <br />OUNT L 15 UNDER ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO COVER COST <br />OF PREPARING APPLICATIONS FOR P. W. A. GRANTS AND <br />W. P. A, PROJECTS WHICH HAVE BEEN DEEMED AS AN <br />EMERGENCY, <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana.: <br />SECTION I - That the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500900) <br />Dollars be and the same is hereby transferred from account B 14A <br />under the Office of City Controller to account L 15 under the <br />Engineering Department to cover the cost of preparing applications <br />for P. W. A. grants and W. P. A.
