ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE Air ?ENDING ORDINANCE #2948 CHANGING THE I;;ATTER <br />OF FEES PROVIDED TN SECTION 3 PRO_:` 70MNTY -FIVE DOLLARS <br />PTR QITARTEP PERIOD TO TVIT';NTY -FIVE DOLLARS <br />PER AKNUAL PERIOD. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance #2948 be <br />amended to read as follows: The fees for licenses for <br />peddling as above set forth for a period of one (1) year <br />shall be: <br />Pack Peddler - Eight Dollars (' >8.00) per annual <br />T <br />eriod. <br />Push cart, wa on, motor vehicle, or any other <br />vehicle - Twenty -Five Dollars (.'-"25.00) per <br />annual period. <br />SECTION 2. That all other parts of Ordinance <br />72948 remain in full force and effect including the penal <br />part of said ordinance in the same manner as set forth in <br />Ordinance ;2948. <br />SECTION 3.
