ORDINANCE N0. 3263 <br />Ali ORDINANCE AicIENDING SECTION 13 OF AN ORDINANCE NUT,t=D 2682 adopted <br />by the Common Council on the 13th day of February, 1928, and approved <br />by the iiayor on vebruary 16, 1928, BEING AN ORDINANCE Rt:GULATING THE <br />PRODUCTION, GRADING, LABELING, AITI)LING, PASTEURIZATION, DISTRIBUTION <br />AND SALE OF MILK, CREAT•n AND CERTAIN PrILLK PRODUCTS AHD PROVIDING FOR <br />ISSUING P 1,UTS AND LICENSES THERDFOR. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Sec, 1.
